01 - Initial Consultation:
A very important initial meeting where we discuss your requirements. Listening to your ideas and thoughts will be invaluable in creating the most appropriate and desirable design.
02 - Topographical Survey:
Depending on the site, a survey may be necessary to acquire accurate data that will ultimately provide the foundations for all further works. A simple viewing of the proposed site will determine which level of survey you require.
03 - Concept Plan:
Next we meet for the exciting task of reviewing the initial design. At this time we explore the initial concept together, providing an opportunity for you to give feedback and add your ideas. From decisions made at this point I am able proceed to finalising the design.
04 - Planting Plans:
Another detailed plan of carefully selected plants based on client and designer discussions, chosen to work hard, look beautiful and provide essential structure or privacy.
05 - Setting out & Construction drawings:
These drawings are a valuable asset to landscapers and clients when accurately planning and costing out all construction elements. Knowing exactly where to start building walls, crafting ponds and excavating trenches for electrical cables or vital plumbing lines can be confidently implemented based on these plans.
06 - Monitoring
Time is precious, my clients often do not have the freedom to manage the build of their fantastic new garden scheme. This is why I provide a 'Monitoring Service' which takes control of the project and helps deliver within the agreed budget, problem solve and feedback on a regular basis.
